Recommended Cookware

Fresh and light main course with vegetables. Gluten Free and Paleo.

  • Chicken (about 3 chicken breasts and 3 chicken thighs-skinless and boneless)
  • 6-8 Cloves of Garlic Minced
  • 1 Bunch of Asparagus (trim ends)
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes sliced
  • Rosemary from 4 Sprigs (stems removed)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 12 oz Baby Portabella Mushrooms Sliced

Instructions:

Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees. Once Skillet is preheated, add chicken in a single layer and cover. Cook until water seal forms and lid will spin without resistance. Flip chicken and add remaining ingredients. Once water seal forms agin lower heat to 200 or warm. Cook until veggies are cooked to your preference. Cook time is about 20-25 minutes.
